Cancellation Policy

At Kay Castro Beauty, each artistry experience is thoughtfully prepared in advance to ensure every client receives personalized attention and care. To maintain this standard of service, all appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. We kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged. No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service amount, as the appointment time is exclusively held for you.
