Cancellation Policy

All appointments are paid in advance and require a 24-hour cancellation. Less than a 72-hour notice will result in a charge of $150. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This charge will be added to your invoice. Please email us at beauty@kaycatro.com if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment!
