Our standard service hours are from Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.However, appointments are available 7 days a week!Please note: Appointments scheduled outside of standard hours (before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM) and on holidays will incur an additional fee starting at $150 per artist.

You have the option to come to us or have us come to you! We have a private studio located in Lewisville (75077) for in-studio appointments and Preston Hollow (75231).If you prefer to get ready at your home, hotel, or venue, we offer a fully mobile on-site services.

We happily travel all over the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex!Local Travel: We charge a flat fee $50 travel fee, which covers upto 40 miles round trip from our Lewisville/Preston Hollow studio.Extended Travel: For locations beyond 40 miles, the travel fee is the base $50 plus $1 additional mile.

yes, we love a destination wedding! We are available for travel outside of the DFW area, out-of-state, and internationally. Please email us direction with your destination detailsso we can provide a custom travel quote that covers flights, accommodations, and travel time.

If you are getting ready at a hotel or a venue with paid parking, the client is responsible for covering all valet or parking garage fees for the artists. These fees will be added to your final invoice or can be paid directly to the venue on the day of the event. Valet is required for hotels so we can safely and quickly transport our heavy kits to your room!

We bring almost everything we need, including our own lighting! All we require is a relatively clear table or counter space to set up our kits, a chair for you to sit in, and access to a working electrical outlet.
