What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up! To best service our clients, please review our policies below:Standard Appointments: We require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur $100 fee. No-shows will be charged a full service amount.Weddings & Special Events: All retainers are strictly non-refundable. Any cancellations or complete contract cancellations must be made at least 90 days prior to your event. Cancellations made within 90 days will be responsible for the full remaining balance.
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to condense your service or reschedule your appointment entirely to avoid delaying our next client. If the appointment must be rescheduled due to tardiness, it will be considered a same-day cancellation and the $100 fee will apply.
If I need to reschedule, does my retainer transfer?
For standard appointments, we are happy to transfer your deposit to a new date if you reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. For weddings and events, retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable to new dates, as we have turned away other bookings to hold your original date.
Can I remove services from my bridal contract after booking?
You may add services to your contract at any time (schedule permitting), but you cannot deduct services once the contract is signed. If a member of your party no longer needs services, the contracted total remains the same. However, you are always welcome to substitute another person in their place!
